Raleigh Parks & Recreation Moore Square Mulching Project

Volunteers of all ages are invited to help mulch the soil in Moore Square on Saturday, February 25th from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm. What is mulch? Mulch is any loose materials as straw, placed about the stalks of plants to protect their roots. All Volunteers under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Please wear close toed shoes and work clothes (e.g., jeans). Your help is critical in keeping downtown Raleigh a great place to live, work and play.
